What you need:

  • A proven track record with at least 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Sales.

  • Experience in managing key accounts and demonstrating the ability to foster relationships that drive results.

  • A strategic mindset and the capability to collaborate effectively with a large, extended team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with current customers and potential leads to showcase the complete you.com ecosystem. You will thrive in building positive, trustworthy relationships with customer stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, helping them unlock the actual value of their investments in you.com.

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Use your expertise to identify and pursue opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, keeping yourself busy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Forge Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with customer stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and loyalty for your assigned accounts.

  • Strategize for Success: Create and implement long-term strategies that align with your customer’s business objectives, positioning you.com as an indispensable partner in their growth.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Coordinate internal resources effectively to meet customer needs and drive results, ensuring you and your team are aligned for success.

Our Compensation

  • This role is considered a P3 in our role-leveling system inspired by PAVE

  • Equity-eligible role 

  • Commission/variable compensation
